Chloe Sims’ Fresh Start: No More Essex Lads!

After her departure from The Only Way Is Essex in 2020, Chloe Sims has promised not to date any guys from Essex. The 41 year old has now relocated to Los Angeles, California, and she and her family have their own reality show on OnlyFans TV, House of Sims.

Since relocating across the Atlantic, Chloe has promised to begin anew and declared that she would never again date someone from Essex. When posed with the question of whether she could potentially be with an American man, she confessed that she “wasn’t sure”.

Chloe told Closer Magazine that she didn’t have a fondness for boys from Essex when she was living there, and that she has since forgotten about them completely. Additionally, she explained that because of her hectic lifestyle she does not have a lot of time to date or commit to another person.

Chloe stated that dating was not a top priority for her while she was a cast member on The Only Way Is Essex. During that time, she was romantically involved with Mario Falcone, Elliott Wright, Pete Wicks and Dan Edgar, who has recently parted ways with Amber Turner.

In 2019, Chloe declared that her relationship with Dan had ruined her. She stated that he is not a bad person, but the image he has presented to the public has made her feel as if her efforts to be transparent on television for the past nine years had been destroyed.

Since her time on TOWIE, Chloe has been focusing on her new family reality show, House of Sims. In an exclusive interview with the Mirror, Chloe shared her experiences about starting out in the new show compared to her past TOWIE experience.

She admitted that, despite her prior experience of being on camera, she had to start from the beginning with this show. She noted that it was a completely new approach, due to the different concept and filming style.

We created a reality show which included cameras filming all day and night. We weren’t directed on what to do and that was our choice; myself and Charlie wanted it to be a true fly-on-the-wall experience.

In a recent interview with the Mirror, Chloe discussed the differences between beginning her career on the show versus her time on TOWIE. She noted that although she was familiar with being recorded by cameras, starting this show was a totally new experience due to the different format and methods of production.

We filmed a reality show in which cameras were present in the house at all times, from daytime until nighttime. We weren’t fed lines or scripts for the show, and this was a choice that myself and Charlie both agreed on – we wanted the cameras to be inconspicuous and unobtrusive.

Chloe clarified that Madison does not appear in the first series. Despite the fact that OFTV is a secure platform, and there is nothing explicit across the platform, you must be 18 years of age to be a creator on the platform.

In the discussion that occurred in April, Chloe mentioned: “Madison is going to be 18 this month, so it is expected that she will be part of the new series, but she isn’t in the first one or mentioned – that’s just the rule. I wish she could be, but that is something Madison has to decide.”
